Short Notes Information
All the content for the Food Science module in Nuffield A Level Chemistry can be found in the Students Booklet which is available as a PDF (link). It is however rather lengthy, and can be tricky to follow in places. Some of the content feels like it is excessive compared to the style of the exam papers. From these notes I prepared the Short Notes which are about a fifth of the length and hopefully prove the be a better aid for the final stages of revision.
For full reference the original booklet is superior. But for something more concise nearer the exam you may prefer these Short Notes. Note that the notes cover chapters 1 to 6 only and not chapters 7 or 8.
