Step Three
Right now you have the zipped up site you need to unzip it. Just double click on the icon and it should do this for you (if it doesn't you may need to download WinZip). You may be asked where you want to put the site, obviously choose wherever you want.

Step Four
Navigate to where you have unpacked the files and click on index.html. You can find some additional information in the README.txt file.
