Making Changes at Facebook

30/12 - Breaking News - Email from the privacy watchdog Trust-e confirms that the complaint is valid and that Facebook will have to take action.

I want Facebook to change two things. I want:

Account deletion to be possible without reason.
It to be possible to initiate account deletion from within Facebook without manual deletion of every item you have on there.

To try to achieve these changes I have been writing to Facebook's customer service team, and more recently to the privacy watchdog Trust-e. Whilst emails to Facebook did get a response the issue was never resolved. However now that Trust-e have agreed that the complaints I have made are valid it is only a matter of time before the changes are implemented. My question to Trust-e is how much time.
